Tony McNeal: Award-winning TV Commercial and Film Director
Tony McNeal has been featured in SHOOTS-online new director showcase for Levi’s Emergency Worthy and honored in Shots for Nike Whispers. He also served as the writer and director for the short film Born That Way that stars Kevin Gage from Michael Mann’s Heat. Born That Way caught the attention of the William Morris Endeavor entertainment agency. Prior to directing, Tony McNeal graduated from Emerson College’s film program in Boston. After college, he relocated to Los Angeles where he served as visual effects artist on Nike, Nissan, Adidas, Lexus, Ford, Chrysler, American Express commercials just to name a few. Through serendipity more so than anything else, Tony McNeal moved into producing vfx for TV series like FX’s Justified, AMC’s The Killing and USA’s Covert Affairs. Tony McNeal recently served as a TV Commercial Producer at the Doner advertising agency. He worked on Chrysler, RAM, JBL Speakers and Choice Hotels.
